NEW YEAR’S EVE

Saturday December 31st
An evening of exceptional custom crafted dining and live musical entertainments by flute and harp to welcome the New Year.
The Gala begins at 8:30 pm with a welcome cocktail in the hotel’s ballroom, followed by an exquisite seven course dinner designed by Chef Giovanni Ciresa. At midnight step outside on the Grand Canal terrace for the spectacular display of fireworks, toasting to the new year with Champagne, Eggnog and Vin Brulé.
The celebration continues at the B-BAR Lounge with live music and DJ Set.
