Executive Chef Hiraki Masakazu was born in Hyogo, Japan.
After attending the famous Nutrition College, Tokyo he refined and consolidated his experience in several gourmet restaurants both in Japan and abroad including Gualtiero Marchesi in Kobe, Villa Crespi in Franciacorta and La Fermata in Castelnovo in Lecco.
Today he holds the helm of the famous DE PISIS Restaurant at THE BAUERs, Venice.
